1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WebStripe Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
2. Services
WebStripe Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, AI solutions, and related services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed with the client.
3. Project Scope & Changes
Each project's scope is defined in a written proposal. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work begins. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the original scope without an agreed change order.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, projects under ₹50,000 require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger projects follow milestone-based payments. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may pause ongoing work until settled.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work created for a client — including code, designs, and content — is transferred to the client. WebStripe Technologies retains the right to feature approved client work in our WebStripe Labs section only when the client has given permission or the work is otherwise cleared for public display. Third-party libraries and tools remain under their respective licenses.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access to necessary accounts or systems. Delays in client input may extend project timelines. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they provide.
7. Warranties & Liability
We warrant that our work will be free from material defects for 30 days after delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services, client-provided content, or modifications made by parties other than WebStripe Technologies.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
